Consult Energy USA has partnered exclusively with one of the world's largest renewable energy developers as they continue their charge into US offshore wind.
As part of this unprecedented growth, they are seeking a top-tier Program Director to lead complex, multi-billion-dollar, wind farm developments - which, in turn, will significantly impact the future of energy supply in the US.
You will be accountable for the planning, organizing, management, and execution of the program at a target IRR no less than at FID and with an excellent HSE performance.
Essential
- At least 10 years of experience in a leadership role (Director, VP, SVP)
- Demonstrable experience in leading complex infrastructure projects (can be Renewables, Oil and Gas, Airports, Rail, Real Estate, Utilities)
- Experience working within a large company, managing multiple stakeholders
- Experience managing long-cycle, complex, projects
- A strong understanding of how to manage costs and profitably of assets/construction
- Ability to interface with EPCs / Landowners / Council and Government figures
- Need to be able to address issues that will arise and have the strength to cope with the issues a project like this will bring
- Experience managing a large multi-cultural diverse workforce of more than 100
